- Thank God for his mercy and protection as John was gone for his longest trip in August and September in extremely hot Asia. God was good in caring for Elaine while John was gone.
- It has been busy, but school has started back for our grandkids and many of our regular Life Groups and Bible studies start back up. Continue to pray for good results through the fall.
- Praise God, Elaine’s adult Bible class on the book of Jonah that ended late August went extremely well.
- Continue to pray for our coaching and mentoring of leaders from various places as well as our teaching and writing ministries that are ongoing.
- For the Japan Church Planting Institute Conference Renown held Nov 17-20, John will be offering a free eBook copy of this third book, Japanese as an Unreached People Group. Pray as John makes some revisions and updates and posts it on Amazon for all to use as an inspiring resource.
- John has asked to participate in a project to have a Japanese language church join one of our US district associations. Give John wisdom along with other leaders in the process.
