Prayer for 2026

  1. Ask for discernment and wisdom as John does 2026 planning this month for developing others.
  2. Pray for the Perspectives courses and John’s participation and instruction through May.
  3. Continue to pray for progress on the Sonship renewal course in Japanese.
  4. May God bless Kenji Kondo’s leadership as he assumes more responsibility.
  5. Ask God for wisdom and faith as a church network develops a mission training programs 

  • Thank God for great meetings in Nairobi in December and for John’s visiting the Serengeti Plain.
  • I heard that the Urbana missions conference held over Christmas vacation, was well attended and that many Gen-Z young people have made steps to mission service.
  • The Life Group from our local church, which Elaine leads, has some new members and has relocated to a new classroom in the remodeled church facility. Pray for continued growth.
  • Our seven-member Converge Asia Impact Team is shrinking. Last July we had one member retire and another member plans to retire at the end of April. Of course, we hope each of them can continue to serve as associate members in a volunteer capacity. Pray for this situation.
