- John’s Asia Impact Team will have its online meeting on September 14th. This will be the first meeting since we all met in person in July. We hope to hear some of our leader’s decisions about our July proposals.
- Thank God for John’s health and safe travels in Japan and Thailand in hot August.
- We will be entertaining visitors this month, one of John’s Campus Crusade college friends and one Japanese church planter will be visiting on his way through to visit other supporters.
- Praise God that our grandchildren have eased into their new classes this year. Molly is now in high school, and Dawson is in 7th grade. Both are in sports as well. We as grandparents are both well engaged.
- PTL Elaine’s facilitating of an adult Discovery Bible Study (DBS) on Galatians at our church in Winnebago has been going well.
- Pray for John as he develops a course on missions to be taught next month in South Asia to some key leaders. This is a major project with many moving parts, both challenging and fun.
- PTL! John was able to attend the biggest annual stamp collecting exhibition in the US when it came to our area last month. John has been an avid stamp collector since he was a child.
